Pool safety barrier inspections
A pool barrier compliance certificate (Form 23) is now mandatory for all pool owners and a copy needs to be supplied to your local council in accordance with recent legislation.
Our registered pool inspector will visit your property and inspect the pool barrier based on the specific legislation that is relevant to the age of the pool and barrier. After the inspection you’ll be provided with a summary of any areas that need to be fixed or amended in order to comply.
It is then your responsibility as the owner to attend to these items before booking our revisit. Once the pool barrier is deemed compliant a certificate of compliance is provided to you which you can then forward to your local council. This inspection is highly specific and only a trained and registered building inspector can perform this.
Contact us for further information or to book your initial inspection.
